Our Process

1. Book a Shoot

Schedule you appointment in just a few minutes directly on our website. Just enter the property address, select your services, and choose a date and time. You will receive an email confirmation when completed.

2. Prepare the property

Ensure the property looks its best for the photoshoot. We offer a handy prep guide to help homeowners or contractors prepare, please contact us at info@signaturestyleimagery.com if interested.

3. Meet your photographer, or not

Our photographer will be on-site as scheduled. You can choose to meet them there or provide a code for access upon booking.
We have Supra eKEY access, you can provide the CBS code if necessary when online booking.

4. Receive your photos next-day

You will receive your photos the next morning before 11:00am along with the invoice. Standard videos will be delivered within 48 hours. Floor plans are usually complete within 24 hours.

Note: We photograph all interiors with the lights off to ensure optimal lighting control. Our team brings professional lighting equipment to highlight each space effectively.
